Boat Information
Design
60ft Cruiser stern narrowboat. Quiet water-cooled diesel engine with simple controls.
Features
There is full radiator central heating on the boat. A 200 gallon water tank supplies the hot and cold running water. There is a double-filtered drinking water system. There is carpeting in the saloon and bedrooms.
Saloon
Colour TV/DVD player. 4 speaker radio/CD.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4 burner gas cooker with grill and oven; refrigerator; sink and drainer; saucepans; cooking utensils; crockery and cutlery appropriate for the number of berths. There is plenty of storage space and work surfaces. Also supplied are a microwave; toaster and Cafetiere
Bathroom
There are two bathrooms, each with a wash hand basin, electrically operated flush toilet and a shower or hip bath/shower, and a 240v shaver socket. There is also a large mirror in the bathroom, and a bi-fold shower door. Extractor fan.
Berth
As this is a 6 berth boat, there is a choice of a double berth or two singles in both the forward and rear cabins. All permanent beds have interior sprung mattresses. An optional dinette/double or two single berths is available in the centre cabin/saloon
Bedding
Wider beds. TV in each cabin. Freshly laundered bedding is supplied for each crew member, as per your requirements. Additional bedding is available upon request. Towels are also supplied - one medium sized towel per crew member, and one hand towel per bathroom.
Electric
12v mobile phone charging point (please remember to bring your own car charging lead). LED lighting throughout. The 2kw inverter supplies 240v electricity to certain appliances and to a socket on the boat. (Please note: if you decide to use any of your own electrical appliances, you do so at your own risk).
Welcome Pack
A welcome pack is provided, consisting of washing-up liquid (x1); dishcloth (x1); tea towel (x1); floor cloth (x1); toilet roll and bin liner.
Additional Information
Front deck table. A safe is supplied on the boat (except on boats based at Gailey), as are helmsman's waterproofs and an umbrella. Instruction and buoyancy aids supplied free of charge.
